Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU: L No. 119, p. 1 - hereinafter: , "Regulation") Business Investment Trust sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: ,,Data Controller") kindly informs you that:

  • 1 The administrator of your personal data is Business Investment Trust sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia, ul. Bydgoska 7A, lok 9, 81-322 Gdynia, registered by the District Court Gdańsk - North in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000541987, NIP: 5862294611 and share capital of PLN 50,000.00.
  • 2. the direct contact address of the Data Controller, including in matters related to personal data protection and processing, is: the address for postal correspondence, i.e. ul. Bydgoska 7A, lok 9, 81-322 Gdynia and the electronic mailbox: kontakt@bitrust.pl.
  • 3. your personal data will be processed on the basis of article 6. paragraph 1. points a, b, c, of the Regulation ie:
  1. based on your consent to the processing of your data for one or more of the purposes indicated by you in the content of the completed voluntary contact form,
  2. for the purpose of carrying out the Administrator's direct professional activities based on the consent described in the preceding point,
  3. in order to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller,
  • (4) Your data shall not be communicated to any third parties, with the exception of those authorised under generally applicable legislation and only to the extent designated by such legislation.
  • (5) Your data provided in accordance with §3. a. will be processed for the period indicated in the consent form and, in other cases, no longer than 6.5 years from the date of your last contact in connection with direct professional activities.
  • 6 You are kindly informed of your right to:
  1. access to and request a copy of your personal data,
  2. request the rectification/completion of your personal data,
  3. to object to the processing of personal data,
  4. request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
  5. portability of personal data,
  6. demand the data to be erased, if the purpose of the processing is no longer fulfilled or a declaration of withdrawal of the consent referred to in §3 point a has been made and there is no other basis for the processing, whereby the demand to erase the data and the withdrawal of the consent to process the personal data shall not affect the compliance with the law of the processing performed by the Administrator before the data were withdrawn and the declaration containing the demand to erase the data was made.
  • 7 The Data Controller informs you of your right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data against any unlawful action of the Data Controller with regard to the processing of your data.
  • 8 The controller informs you that your personal data are not subject to profiling. For the purposes of statistical analyses, they may be automatically processed by the controller in direct or pseudonymised form.
  • 9 The provision of personal data in the form of name and telephone number in the forms on the website is voluntary, a contractual obligation and therefore remains necessary for the provision of the service.
